My background
As a leader, I was largely responsible for shaping digital change for over two decades.
​
During this time, I have faced the challenges of digitalization and experienced the enormous transformation pressure on organizations.
My experience
Based on this extensive experience, I now advise people with and without leadership responsibility on how they can achieve a desirable future in digitalization.
​
I provide them with a digitalization navigator that links the WHY with the HOW and the WHAT.
My share
I deliver Inspirational Keynotes, Impact Workshops and Bootcamps as well as Executive Programs.

The distinguishing feature of these is the interdisciplinary approach of leadership, neuropsychology and technology.

I combine my own experience and real-life best practices with the latest findings from research and how to apply them in a targeted manner.
